These Text Messaging Terms apply to the Veterans First Gun Safety Services LLC text-messaging program (the "Program"). Veterans First Gun Safety Services LLC provides firearms-safety education and training services; it is not a firearms dealer. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Opting In
You may opt in to receive Program messages through our website forms or another affirmative method we make available. By providing your mobile number and completing the applicable opt-in action, you consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated text messages from Veterans First Gun Safety Services LLC at the mobile number provided, subject to these Text Messaging Terms.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you do not wish to receive promotional text messages, do not opt in or opt out as described below. You may still contact us and enroll in classes through other available methods.
2. Program Content and Frequency
The Program may send messages relating to class registration, confirmations, reminders, schedule or location updates, firearms-safety training updates, customer support, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. We will not send messages that are unlawful or prohibited by applicable platform or carrier policies.
3. Costs
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check your mobile-service plan or contact your wireless carrier for information about your text-message or data plan.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from Veterans First Gun Safety Services LLC. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by text message. You will not receive additional Program messages after that confirmation, unless you later opt in again.
You may also withdraw consent through any other reasonable method, including by emailing [email protected]. If you opt out by email or another method, please include the mobile number you want removed and allow us a reasonable opportunity to process your request.

6. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
You represent that you are the account holder for, or have permission to use, the mobile number you provide. You are responsible for notifying us promptly if your mobile number changes or is reassigned. The Program is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
7. Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your mobile carrier, network availability, device settings, service interruptions, and the accuracy of the mobile number you provide.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
9. Program Changes or Termination
We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time, including to comply with applicable law, carrier requirements, or messaging-platform policies. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
10. Compliance
The Program is intended to comply with applicable laws and generally accepted messaging-industry standards. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to stop messages or exercise any rights available to you under applicable law.
