Does Veterans First Gun Safety Services have online courses available?

Veterans First Gun Safety Services is currently updating the online paid and free service portion of our website and should be up and running by the end of March 2026. Please check back or send us an email and we will gladly let you know when it is ready.

What certifications does Veterans First Gun Safety Services and its instructors have?

Veterans First Gun Safety Services and its instructors all have State of Maryland, Utah State and United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) certifications.

What time does the classes start?

All classes for the Maryland and other state HQL and CCW start promptly at 9:00 Am both Saturday and Sunday dd an answer to this item. Times for different courses are available on the class schedules.

Am I required to bring my own gun to the range?

No, if you do not currently have your own handgun, we have one for you to use during your qualification.

What if I am not sure of what type of handgun to purchase?

Veterans First Gun Safety Service has a partnership with Bmore Tactical Firearms in Essex, and we can help you in the decision-making process, so you make the right purchase.
